What we do with your data
We pull data. We never write anything back to your accounting system, CRM, or email. Nothing changes in your live systems as a result of running the audit.
We never see or store your passwords. You authenticate with your own provider (Microsoft, Google, Xero, etc.) and grant us read-only access. You can revoke that access at any time, from your provider's admin panel.
Your audit data lives in a separate, encrypted database. It is never combined with any other customer's data. There is zero possibility of cross-tenant leakage.
Email us at any point and we'll delete your audit data within 24 hours. If you don't, we'll delete it automatically 90 days after the audit is delivered.
We don't share your audit data with anyone outside Draftr. Not aggregate-anonymised benchmark data sets, not partner integrations, not investors, not regulators (unless legally required). It's yours.
